| 摘 要： | 目的：观察天灸疗法对初治菌阳肺结核患者免疫功能的影响。方法：选择初治菌阳肺结核患者120例,随机分为天灸组和对照组各60例。对照组采用常规化疗方案治疗,天灸组在对照组治疗的基础上采用天灸疗法治疗。检测治疗前后淋巴细胞亚群数量。结果：对照组治愈41例,好转9例,未愈10例,有效率为83.3%;天灸组治愈46例,好转11例,未愈3例,有效率为95.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;天灸组治疗后淋巴细胞亚群中CD3、CD4、CD8和治疗前相比有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,和对照组治疗后相比亦有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：天灸疗法对初治菌阳肺结核化疗具有一定的增效作用,其作用机制可能与提高细胞免疫功能有关。
