| 摘 要： | 目的对中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰(POF)的疗效和安全性进行Meta-分析。方法采用循证医学的评价方法,对1989年1月至2010年12月国内外公开发表及未发表的有关中西医结合治疗对比西医激素治疗卵巢早衰的所有文献进行统计,对符合循证医学评价的文献结果进行分析,从而评价中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰患者的疗效。结果符合纳入标准的文献共16篇,包括1 168例患者。Meta-分析显示:合并OR=3.13,95%CI为[2.32,4.22]。合并效应的检验Z=7.46(P<0.000 01),差异有统计学意义。结论分析结果显示中西医结合方案在治疗卵巢早衰方面优于单纯西医激素治疗,但文章的随机方法、分配隐藏、盲法及随访上有较大的不足,尤其是随访报道甚少,高质量的研究文献较少,提示今后在临床研究的方法学上有待进一步改善。
