| 摘 要： | 目的研究刺五加注射液治疗神经衰弱的临床应用价值以及对常见症状的单独疗效分析,探讨常见的不良反应。方法将100例确诊的神经衰弱患者随机分为2组。实验组和对照组均给予一般治疗;对照组在此基础上给予刺五加注射液。两组分别记录治疗前后的神经衰弱症状以及这些症状发生的改变,并记录药物不良事件的发生率。同时记录两组患者的头痛头晕、心慌胸闷、失眠多梦三组常见症状的缓解率和平均缓解时间。结果比较两组有效率,实验组的总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组头痛头晕、心慌胸闷、失眠多梦三组的平均缓解时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三种常见症状的缓解率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于神经衰弱患者使用刺五加注射液,能明显改善患者心、脑、肾等重要器官的血流供应,减轻患者的临床症状,不良反应较少,值得临床应用和推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of acanthopanax injection in the treatment of neurasthenia and the individual effects of common symptoms,analysis of common adverse reactions.Methods Select 100 cases of patients with neurasthenia,and put them into two groups as experimental group and control group.Results Compare the efficiency rate,there was a significant difference between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acanthopanax injection is well tolerated by the patients with neurasthenia. |
