| 摘 要： | 目的观察柴桂温胆定志汤治疗癫痫患者的临床疗效。方法将70例癫痫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,观察组予柴桂温胆定志汤治疗,对照组予西药治疗,以总体疗效、癫痫临床症状积分及脑电图异常程度积分作为临床疗效评定。结果观察组在总体疗效、癫痫临床症状积分及脑电图异常程度积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴桂温胆定志汤治疗癫痫具有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of ChaiguiWendanDingzhi Decoction for treatment of Epilepsy.Methods Seventy f ive cases were randomly divided into an observe group of 35 cases treated with ChaiguiWendanDingzhi Decoction and a control group of 35 cases cured by Western medicine.We evaluate the scores for epilepsy、the total effective rate and the abnormal degree of ECG as clinical effective indices.Results The three clinical indices have a signifi cant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion ChaiguiWendanDingzhi Decoction has a def inite therapeutic effect on Epilepsy. |
