| 摘 要： | 目的探讨45例肾移植术后继发肺部感染的临床特点、病原学特征和诊治方法。方法对45例肾移植术后继发肺部感染病人的临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果肾移植术后继发肺部感染的病原体种类多,以细菌为主,同时也涉及病毒、真菌、结核杆菌和少见寄生虫的感染,并且多为混合感染。经综合治疗本组中43例治愈,2例死亡。结论肾移植术后继发肺部感染的病情复杂,病死率很高;早期准确诊断病原体并及时有效的进行综合治疗可提高治愈率,降低病死率。
