| 摘 要： | 目的：研究红花注射液对慢性肾脏病患者肾功能、肾纤维化的作用。方法：60例患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组20例,对照组予以一般治疗和对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予红花注射液20 mL静滴,日1次,2周为1疗程,1-3疗程后观察红花注射液对慢性肾脏病患者肾功能指标即血清肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）和纤维化指标即血清层粘连蛋白（LN）、Ⅲ型前胶原（PC-Ⅲ）、Ⅳ型胶原（CⅣ）、透明质酸（HA）的影响。结果：与对照组患者比较,治疗组能明显降低慢性肾脏病患者的Scr、BUN、LN、PC-Ⅲ、CⅣ、HA水平。两者比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：红花注射液能改善肾纤维化,延缓慢性肾脏病的进程。
