唐宗海《血证论》治血四法初探

唐宗海治疗血证提出了＂止血、消瘀、宁血、补虚＂四法,其将止血列为第一法,提出对出血性疾病必须进行有效的止血,才能挽救生命;瘀血留于体内日久就会产生其他变证,为防他变,其将消瘀列为治血第二法;止血、消瘀后,要想有效防止血再潮动,完善治疗,必须用药安之,故宁血是治血第三法;以上三法可止血,但如因失血对机体造成的虚损状态不能得到有效纠正,仍可引起一系列病症,故补虚以扶正固本为治血第四法。
