| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同规格三七饮片生物活性的差异。方法制备不同规格的三七样品,包括三七粉末、三七水提物、三七醇提物,分别进行醋酸扭体法的镇痛试验、巴豆油致耳廓肿胀的抗炎试验、两次肾上腺素加冰水浴致急性寒凝血瘀证大鼠模型的活血试验,比较三种不同规格三七样品的活血、抗炎和镇痛效果差异。结果不同规格的三七样品均具有一定的活血、抗炎和镇痛作用,尤其以三七醇提物最强。结论三七醇提物是今后临床开发新规格三七产品的选择之一。
