| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方蛋黄油膏对低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响。方法低位单纯性肛瘘患者90例,随机分为复方蛋黄油膏组(A组)、凡士林组(B组)和雷夫诺尔组(C组)各30例,手术后分别采用复方蛋黄油膏纱条、凡士林纱条、雷夫诺尔纱条换药,比较三组疗效。结果 A组与其它两组相比较,在减轻肛瘘术后创面疼痛、减少创面渗出、促进创面愈合方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方蛋黄油膏能减轻肛瘘术后创面疼痛、减少创面渗出、促进创面愈合,且无明显肝肾毒副作用。
