| 摘 要： | 目的探讨和研究腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆结石的疗效。方法将2009年至2010年收入我院肝胆外科的68例胆结石患者(包括胆囊结石和胆管结石),分为两组,腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗组,36名患者;传统开腹手术组,32名患者,观察两组手术前后各项指标和术中并发症发生的差异。结果两组比较手术时间无差异,其他各项指标比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜和胆道镜联合治疗胆结石在与传统开腹手术时间相似的基础上,有出血量少、创伤小、切口感染率小、患者术后恢复快等优点。
