| 摘 要： | 目的研究多层螺旋CT应用于支气管扩张症诊断的临床意义。方法于我院纳入确诊支气管扩张症患者90例,将其随机分为MSCT组和普通CT组。两组均采用MSCT及普通CT检查。并对两种方法检出的支气管扩张肺段进行比较,并比较在不同厚度重建图像时检出的支扩肺段数。结果 90例患者共检出支扩肺段219个。MSCT检出支扩肺段156个(71.23%),普通CT检查共68个支扩肺段(31.05%)。1～2 mm薄层重建图像检出全部支扩肺段,而8～10 mm常规厚层重建图像仅检出54个(83.11%)。结论多层螺旋CT在支气管扩张的诊断上较普通CT有更多优越性,以1～2 mm薄层图像的诊断价值更大。对临床疑似支气管扩张患者,应将多层螺旋CT首选检查方法,以便及早得到有效治疗。
