| 摘 要： | 真心痛有别于胸痹,在胸痹的基础上,真心痛会有其特异性的症状,症见心痛剧烈,甚则持续不解,伴有汗出、肢冷、面白、唇紫、手足青至节、脉微或结代等危重急症。真心痛的病因病机大多是痰浊、瘀血痹阻血脉,瘀而化毒。临证中,要针对病机适当选用药物。

| Abstract: | True heart pain is different from chest impediment, which is a disease characterized by sudden occurrence of severe heart pain accompanied by sweating, pale complexion, cyanotic lips, cold limbs with the hands and feet turning blue up to the joints, and hardly perceptible pulse. And the etiology and pathogenesis of the true heart pain is mostly that phlegm or blood stasis blocks pulse, further stasis and converting into toxin. In clinic, we should choose appropriate herbs for pathogenesis. |
