| 摘 要： | 目的观察益气活血通络法治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的疗效。方法乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，观察两组的疗效。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别是90％和65％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论益气活血通络药物能明显改善乳腺癌患者术后上肢淋巴水肿。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Chinese Medicine therapy on upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. Methods The cases of upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer surgery were randomized into treatment group and control group and the efficacy was observed in two groups. Results Respectively, the total effective rates were 90% and 65%,The efficacy in treatment was apparently superior to that in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Chinese Medicine can improve apparently in upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. |
