生理性海水预防局部晚期鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎发生的应用观察

目的观察鼻朗生理性海水鼻腔喷雾器在局部晚期鼻咽癌放疗后预防鼻窦炎发生的临床效果。方法入组50例局部晚期鼻咽癌放疗患者，随机分为2组，对照组24例，试验组（放疗加用鼻朗生理性海水组）26例，观察放疗后并发鼻窦炎的情况。结果对照组和试验组在放疗后第1个月、3个月、6个月和12个月鼻窦炎的总发生率分别为16．7％、29．2％、50．0％、62．5％和7．7％、11．5％、19．2％、26．9％。试验组发生率在放疗后各月均少于对照组，其中在第6个月（P=0．0218）和12个月（P=0．0113）2组比较有统计学差异。结论鼻朗生理性海水可作为预防局部晚期鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎发生的有效手段。

Physiological sea water to prevent the occurrence of sinusitis in postradiotherapy for local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To observe the clinical effect of preventing sinusitis in postradiotherapy for patients with local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, during the time of radiotherapy by use of physiological sea water of Bright Nose Nasal Spray. Methods 50 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma enrolled were randomly divided into 2 groups, 24 cases in the control group, and 26 cases in the experimental group （radiotherapy plus physiological sea water group）, to analyze the occurrence of the complications of sinusitis after radiotherapy by means of SAS Statistical software. Results 1-month, 3-month, 6-month and 12- month overall incidence of sinusitis after radiotherapy were 16.7%, 29.2%, 50.0% and 62.5% in the control group, and 7.7%, 11.5% ,19.2%, 26.9% in the experimental group. The incidence in the experimental group was less than in the control group for each month after radiotherapy, Which were significantly different between 2 groups in the 6 months （P=0.0218） and 12 months （P=0.0113）. Conclusions Physiological sea water of Bright Nose might be used as the effective means of preventing sinusitis for local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.
