| 摘 要： | 目的：研究P53基因和c-erbB-2(P185)基因在胆管癌组织中的表达。方法：采用免疫组织化学S－P法观察P53基因和c-erbB-2(P185)基因在36例胆管癌组织中的表达。结果：P53基因和c-erbB-2(P185)基因在胆管癌组织中的表达率分别为52．8％和63．9％。结论：P53基因和c-erbB-2(P185)基因和胆管癌的发生有相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study on expression of P53 and C-erbB-2(P185) in cholangiocarcinoma. Methods:36 cases of cholangiocarcinoma were examined for P53 and C-erbB-2(P185) by the method of S-P immunohistochemistry . Results: 36 cases of cholangiocarcinoma were positive in expression of P53 and C-erbB-2(P185) . Conclusion: Cholangiocarcinoma is related to the expression of P53 and C-erbB-2(P185). |
