小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿斜疝118例临床分析

目的 探讨治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的微创手术方法。方法 回顾性分析我院2001年1月至2004年3月期间对118例小儿腹股沟斜疝经外环横形小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗的临床资料。结果 118例全部治愈，无并发症，随访6个月至3年无复发。结论 经外环横形小切口疝囊高位结扎术具有损伤小、并发症少、复发率低、疤痕小等优点，是一种安全有效的治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的微创手术方法。

Clinical Analysis of High Ligation of Hernial Sac with Small incision for 118 Cases with Infantile Indirect Inguinal Hernia

Objective To discuss the treatment of minimally invasive surgery to infantile indirect inguinal hernia.Methods Retrospective analysis was given to the clinical data of 118 cases with infantile indirect inguinal hernia receiving high ligation of hernial sac via outer ring with small incision from January 2001 to March 2004.Results 118 cases were all cured with no complications,follow-up for 6 months to 3 years showed no recurrence.Conclusions High ligation of hernial sac via outer ring with small incision has such advantages as slight injury,less complication,low recurrence rate and small scars;it is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgical treatment for infantile indirect inguinal hernia.
