| 摘 要： | 目的探讨益寿合剂的抗衰老作用。方法观察益寿合剂对小鼠耐缺氧能力、抗疲劳的作用,通过迷路试验法观察其对大鼠空间分辨和学习记忆能力的影响。结果益寿合剂有增加耐缺氧能力和抗疲劳作用,且随着剂量的增加作用进一步增强;益寿合剂组正确反应的电击次数较其他各组正确反应的电击次数明显减少。结论益寿合剂能够增加耐缺氧能力、抗疲劳,提高空间分辨和学习能力,具有抗衰老作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Yishouheji（YSHJ）on caducity.Methods：Observed the effect of YSHJ on the standing anoxia,abating fatigue and studying and wisdom in rats.Results：compared with the model group,the YSHJ group could improve the ability of standing anoxia,abating fatigue.And the ability increased while the dosage of YSHJ increased.The right reactions of shocking in YSHJ group was lesser than that in other groups.Conclusion：the YSHJ can improve the ability of standing anoxia,abating fatigue and studying. |
