浅析《伤寒论》阳明病下法

阳明病下法并非阳明证实证一证，亦有瘀血结于下焦之阳明蓄血证之下，且其治法据其证和程度的不同，有攻下、润下、导下、下瘀等法，通过泻下、涤荡、破瘀等作用，将胃肠中的积滞、瘀血、宿食等有形实邪排出体外。虽下法可祛邪，但同时皆可伤人体正气，既可伤阴，又能伤阳，故下之亦以邪去为度，不可过用。

Discussion on Effect of Purgation of Yangming Disease in Treatise on Febrile Diseases

Purgation of Yangming Disease includes not only Yangming bowels syndrome of excessive type,but also Yangming disease of stagnant blood accumulating in lower warmer,and its treatment principle includes purgation with drugs of attacking,laxation with emollient cathartics,purgation with drugs of eduction,discharge of stagnant blood according to its different syndrome and degree. By method of purgation,cleaning up,breaking stasis and discharging through the lower orifice(anus)the undigested food,stagnant blood,and the accumulation of food etc were carried away. Although purgation could expel the evils but it could also harm the vital qi. It could injure both yin and yang and would be used moderately not excessively.
