维生素C泡腾片制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究维生素C泡腾片的处方组成及制备工艺。方法:根据泡腾片的特点选用不同辅料,通过考察各处方制备出的泡腾片的崩解时限及酸度来确定处方组成。结果:维生素C泡腾片的最佳处方为:碳酸氢钠480克,酒石酸280克、己二酸150克和乳糖300克。结论:按照最佳处方制备的维生素C泡腾片崩解时限和酸度符合中华人民共和国药典2005年版规定,口感良好,制备工艺简单可行、质量稳定。

Abstract:Objective:To study the formula and preparation process of Vitamin C effervescent tablets.Methods: Different excipients were used according to the characteristics of effervescent tablets to determine the optimal formula by evaluating the disintegration time and acidity of the effervescent tablets prepared as per each formula.Results:The opti- mal formulation consisted of 480g of Sodium Bicarbonate,280g of Tartaric Acid,150g of Adipic acid and 300g of Lac- tose.Conclusion:The disintegration time and acidity of Vitamin C effervescent tablets prepared according to the optimal formula meet the requirements of CP 2005,it tastes good,and the preparation process is simple and feasible,the quality of effervescent tablets is stable.
