愈疡散治疗消化性溃疡60例临床研究

目的:观察愈疡散治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例,用愈疡散治疗,对照组40例,单用西药治疗。结果:治疗组治愈29例,显效21例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%;对照组治愈29例,显效6例,有效5例,总有效率100%。2组总有效率比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:愈疡散为治疗消化性溃疡的一种有效口服制剂,值得进一步推广应用。

Clinical Observation of 60 Cases of Peptic Ulcer Treatment with Yu Yang Powder

Objective: To observe clinical effectiveness of 60 cases of peptic ulcer treatment with Yu Yang Powder. Method: Divide 100 cases of patients into two groups at a random sample. 60 patients in the treated group were treated with Yu Yang Powder while 40 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine. Result: In the treated group 29 patients were cured, 21 patients were remarkably effective, 8 patients were effective, 2 patients were ineffective and the total effective rate was 96.67% while in the control group 29 patients were cured, 6 patients were remarkably effective, 5 patients effective, and the total effective rate was 100%. The comparison between the total effective rate of the two groups shows no significance difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Yu Yang Powder is a kind of efficacious oral preparation for peptic ulcer treatment and is worth popularizing and widely applying.
