~(131)I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床观察

目的:探讨131I治疗弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效。方法:对169例甲状腺功能亢进症患者采用131I治疗,并对疗效进行观察。结果:135例甲亢症状、体征消失,FT3、FT4、TSH正常;16例甲亢症状、体征部分消失,FT3、FT4、TSH有所下降,但仍高于正常;8例治疗无效,行手术治疗。治疗3月后亚临床甲低3例,患者无甲低症状和体征,6月后恢复正常。7例出现FT3、FT4低于正常,TSH高于正常,需长期服甲状腺素片替代治疗。结论:131I治疗弥漫性甲状腺肿伴甲状腺功能亢进症是有效、安全的治疗手段,但是对患者应随访。

Clinical observation of treating hyperthyroidism with ~(131)I

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of treating diffuse goiter with hyperthyroidism using131I.Methods: One hundred and sixty nine patients with hyperthyroidism patients were treated with131I.The result were analyzed.Results: Symptoms and signs of hyperthyroidism subsided in 135 cases,values of FT3,FT4,TSH became normal.Partial resolution of symptoms and signs of hyperthyroidism in 16 cases;values of FT3,FT4,TSH decreased compared with previous determination,but still higher than normal range.8 cases failed to the 131I therapy and practiced surgery.3 cases complicated subclinical hypothyroidism without symptom and sign in 3 months,who became normal in 6 months.7cases complicated hypothyroidism with the value of FT3,FT4 lower than normal and TSH higher than normal,who were treated with thyroxine tab.surrogating.Conclusion: Treating diffuse goiter with hyperthyroidism using 131I is safe and effective,follow up is indispensable.
