老年2型糖尿病病人自我血糖监测的护理干预

目的]探讨护理干预对老年2型糖尿病病人自我血糖监测（SMBG）的影响。方法]对32例老年2型糖尿病病人及家属进行有目的、有针对性的护理干预,时间为6个月。结果]本组病人均顺利完成6个月SMBG,病人血糖稳定;干预后病人对SMBG的重要性知晓率达100%,96.87%的病人能主动进行SMBG,其中96.77%的病人能准确进行SMBG。结论]护理干预可提高老年2型糖尿病病人SMBG的依从性,从而增强病人的自我管理及护理能力。

Nursing intervention on self-monitoring of blood glucose of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective：To probe into the effect of nursing intervention on self-monitoring of blood glucose （SMBG） of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods：A total of 32 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and their families accepted purposeful nursing interventions for 6 months.Results：After six months of intervention,all patients accomplished SMBG.Patients’blood glucose was nonactive.100% of the cases fully recognized the importance of blood glucose monitoring.96.87% of them performed self-monitoring of blood glucose actively and 96.77% of them mastered the SMBG exactly.Conclusion：Nursing intervention could improve the SMBG compliance of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and strengthen patients’self-management ability and nursing ability.
