| 摘 要： | [目的]了解乳腺癌病人术后1周的应对方式。[方法]采用自行设计的个人基本信息调查表及医学应对问卷（MCMQ）对70例乳腺癌术后1周病人进行问卷调查。[结果]乳腺癌术后1周病人回避、屈服得分明显高于癌症病人常模（P均〈0.05）,面对得分和常模比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。[结论]乳腺癌术后1周病人更倾向于采用回避及屈服的应对方式,护理人员应制订相应的护理对策,以提高乳腺癌病人术后早期的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To understand the coping style of breast cancer patients in a week after operation and nursing strategies of it.Methods：A total of 70 breast cancer patients were investigated with the self-designed individual demographic parameters questionnaire and the medical coping modes questionnaire （MCMQ）.Results：The scores of avoidance and surrender of breast cancer patients in a week after operation were higher than the cancer norm （P0.05）.Compared with the cancer norm,there was no statistical significant difference in the confront score.Conclusion：It seemed more inclined to adopt the coping style of avoidance and surrender for breast cancer patients in a week after operation.Nursing staff should make corresponding nursing strategies timely,so as to improve the early quality of life of postoperative breast cancer patients. |
