| 摘 要： | 为探讨反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)病儿红细胞免疫功能的变化,对30例RRTI病儿的红细胞C_3b花环率(E—C_(3b)RR)和免疫复合物花环率(E—ICR)进行了检测。结果显示:(1)RRTI病儿感染期和间歇期E—C_(3b)RR皆低于正常对照组;(2)RRTI感染间歇期E—ICR低于正常对照组,而感染期较对照组无明显变化;(3)RRTI感染期E—C_(3b)RR低于感染间歇期,而E—ICR却高于感染间歇期。提示:RRTI病儿存在原发性红细胞免疫功能低下,此与RRTI的发生关系密切。

| Abstract: | In order to study changes of erythrocyte immune function in children with recurrent respira tory tract infection (RRTI) .erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette (E-C3bRR) and erythrocyte immune complex rosette (E-ICR) were measuredin 30 children with RRTI. The results showed that (1)both at infectious stage and at remission stage of RRTI E C3b.RR of patients was lower than that of normal children; (2)E -ICR ot patients at remission stage or RRTI was decreased significantly, hut at infectious stage normal; (3) E C3bRR of patients at infectious stage of RRTI was lower than that at remission stage of RRTI ;However, E-ICR at infectious stage of RRTI was higher than that at remission stage of RRTI. These results suggest ed that children with RRTI had primary deficiency of erythrocyte immune function and it was closely related to the pathogenesis of RRTI. |
