| 摘 要： | 目的 初步探讨防止髓病治疗后牙冠变色的方法。方法 选择 60颗需做牙髓摘除术的前牙 ,随机分成实验组和对照组 ,每组均为 3 0颗牙 ,实验组在封CP棉捻前先用Prime&BondNT作髓室内粘结封闭 ,而对照组则直接封药。两组牙齿均在封CP棉捻前用Ivoclar比色板记录牙冠的色泽 ,嘱 6月、1 5年后复诊 ,再次记录其色泽。结果 治疗 6月时 ,两组牙冠的变色无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;而治疗 1 5年时复诊 ,两组牙冠变色有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 Prime&BondNT能有效封闭髓室内牙本质小管 ,防止有色物质的渗入 ,减少髓病治疗后牙冠的变色。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate were crown discoloration prevention using Prime & Bond NT after endodontical treatment.Methods 60 anterior teeth were selected.They were divided into test group and control group equally by randomization.The root canals in test group were sealed with Prime & Bond NT before CP cottons spill filling,while the control's were filled directly.The color of each crown was recorded according to ivoclar shade guide in 6 months and 18 months respectively. Results The crown discoloration in 2 groups shows no significant difference in 6 months,while significantly in 18 months.Conclusion Prime & Bond NT could provide dentinal tubule sealing,which prevented pigment from transfusion,and crown discoloration risk will be reduced. |
