奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌

目的：探讨奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙方案在晚期大肠癌中的疗效和毒副反应。方法：采用如下方案治疗晚大肠癌：奥沙利铂85mg／m^2 ivgtt 2h dl，亚叶酸钙400mg ivgtt 2h dl，5-氟尿嘧啶2600mg／m^2 civ 46h，每2周重复。结果：在可评价的26例患者中，完全缓解1例、部分缓解9例、稳定6例、疾病进展10例。全组有效率38．5％(10／26)．至疾病进展时间4．3个月，1年生存率66．3％。毒副反应主要是恶心呕吐、手足麻木和静脉炎，程度均较轻。结论：奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙双周方案治疗晚期大肠癌疗效确切，毒副反应低。

Chemotherapy with Oxaliplatin Combined with 5-Fluorouracil and Folinic Acid in Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of oxaliplatin combined with 5-fluororacil and folinic acid in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods:The patients were treated with oxaliplatin 85mg/m~2 iv infusion for 2h d1 combined with folinic acid 400mg iv infusion for 2h followed by 5-fluororacil 2 600mg/m~2 continuos-infusion for 46 h every 2 weeks.Gransetron was given to the patients to prevent nausea and vomiting d1 to d2. Results:Among the cases, 26 were evaluable .One patient showed a complete response ,9 did partial response, 6 did stable disease, and 10 did progression.The response rate was 38.5% .The time to progression was 4.3 months and the survival rate of one year was 66.3%. Conclusion:It is concluded that the combination schedule may be of value in the treament of advanced colorectal caner.
