28例外伤性迟发性脑挫裂伤的CT与临床

目的探讨分析外伤性迟发性脑挫裂伤的CT与临床表现关系。方法收集经CT复查证实为外伤性迟发性脑挫裂伤患者28例,主要分析其CT影像学特点及临床资料。结果 首次颅脑CT平扫未见明确脑挫裂伤征象,短期内复查CT发现典型脑挫裂伤病灶,额颞叶最常见,多位于脑较表浅部位,复查时症状均持续存在或加重,或出现新的症状及神经体征。结论紧密结合临床及时复查CT对迟发性脑挫裂伤诊断及治疗具有重要意义。

CT and Clinical Analysis of 28 Cases Traumatic Delayed Cerebral Contusion

Objective To study the analysis of traumatic delayed cerebral contusion of CT and clinical manifestation. Methods Collecting confirmed by CT review for traumatic late-onset patients with cerebral contusion of 28 cases, mainly analyze the CT imaging features and clinical data. Results The cerebral CT scan for the first time did not see clear signs of cerebral contusion of, found the CT cerebral contusion of typical lesions in the short term, the frontal temporal lobe, the most common on the table the brain was more shallow layers, review when symptoms persist or worsen, or new symptoms and neurologic signs. Conclusion Closely integrated clinical timely review of CT to late-onset cerebral contusion of diagnosis and treatment is of great significance.
