摘    要:嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)浸润增多是鼻息肉的特征之一,其在鼻息肉发生、发展机制中的作用仍是争论的焦点。树突状细胞(DC)作为功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,是机体免疫应答的始动者,并调节T细胞分化方向,其在鼻息肉发生、发展机制中的作用也成为近年来的研究热点。该文就EOS与DC在鼻息肉发病机制中的作用及其相互关系予以综述,以加深和丰富对鼻息肉发病机制的认识。

Abstract:Increased eosinophils(EOS) infiltration is one of the characteristics of nasal polyps, the role of EOS in the occurrence and development of nasal polyps mechanism is still a controversial point. As the strongest antigen presenting cells, dendritic cells (DC) pick up the immune response of body and adjust the differentiation direction of T cells. The mechanism of DC contributing to the occurrence and development of nasal polyps has become a hot topic in recent years. Here is to make a review of the role and relationship of EOS and DC in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps.
