改良纵切横缝术治疗肛裂临床分析

目的探讨改良纵切横缝术治疗肛裂的效果及临床应用价值。方法选择2011年8月至2013年8月湖北大冶有色金属集团控股有限公司总医院治疗的肛裂患者132例,按照手术方式不同分为两组:对照组(66例)采用常规纵切横缝手术治疗,观察组(66例)采用改良纵切横缝术治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者伤口愈合时间和住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛、水肿、切口感染、排尿困难的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改良纵切横缝术治疗肛裂疗效可靠,能够缩短伤口愈合时间和住院时间,减少手术并发症的发生,值得在临床推广应用。

The Clinical Analysis of Improved Longitudinal Section Transverse Suture Operation on Anal Fissure

Objective To study the effect and clinical application value of improved longitudinal section transverse suture in the treatment of anal fissure. Methods A total of 132 cases with anal fissure admitted to the Huhei Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Limited General Hospital from Aug. 2011 to Aug. 2013 were selected, according to the operation mode can be divided into two groups：the control group （66 cases） was given conventional longitudinal section transverse suture operation treatment, the observation group （66 cases） was given improved longitudinal section transverse suture in the treatment, the clinical therapeu- tic effect of the two groups was observed. Results The wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than the control group（P 〈0.05 ）. The pain,edema,infection of incision,the incidence of dysuria of the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The improved longitudinal incision and transverse suture in treatment of anal fissure has reliable curative effect, which can shorten the wound healing time and hospitalization time, and reduce the complications of the operation, thus is worth of promotion in clinical.
