| 摘 要： | 肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor，TNF)系统与其他细胞因子一起构成复杂的免疫网络，参与许多疾病的发生。角膜移植免疫是多种免疫细胞及细胞因子参与的复杂免疫反应过程，探讨TNF系统及其免疫网络机制在角膜移植免疫中的作用，有助于阐明角膜移植排斥反应的发生机制，并为移植后患者免疫状态的监测提供新的思路。本文就TNF系统的功能，免疫网络机制及近年来在角膜移植免疫排斥方面的研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | Corneal transplantation immunology is a very complicated process. Many cytokines involve this course. As a kind of multifunctional cytokine,tumor necrosis factor(TNF) is important in many pathological courses. TNF,TNFR and sTNFR make up the system of TNF. The function of TNF is regulated by TNFR and sTNFR. Perhaps there is a relationship between the corneal transplantation immunology and this system. To evaluate this relation is significant to understand the mechanism of corneal transplantation immunology. This paper reviews the function of TNF system and the role of this system in corneal transplantation immunology. |
