| 摘 要： | 目的分析陕西省蒲城县2004-2008年法定传染病疫情动态,预测流行趋势。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对5年的发病情况和流行特征进行统计分析。结果 2004-2008年蒲城县法定传染病共报告21种,10 394例,年平均发病率为272.21/10万。2004-2008年发病率依次为350.59/10万、279.37/10万、258.19/10万、220.78/10万和254.31/10万。结论 2004-2008年,法定传染病报告发病率总体呈下降趋势,发生构成以血源及性传播传染病为主,位于首位的病种为乙型病毒性肝炎,肺结核发病呈逐年上升趋势。
