| 摘 要： | 目的获得广东省HIV/AIDS网络直报数据库中≥50岁年龄段人群的特征。方法在中国疾病预防控制信息系统的艾滋病专报系统中下载广东省艾滋病网络直报的数据库(截至日期2009年8月31日),对数据采用SPSS进行分析。结果已报告的HIV/AIDS病例中,≥50岁所占的比例从2005年的2.9%上升到2009年的10.4%;异性传播是≥50岁人群感染HIV的主要途径。结论应进一步研究导致老年人HIV感染的因素;在下一步的干预工作中,应针对老年人开展艾滋病相关知识宣传,提高其安全性意识。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the characteristics of HIV/AIDS cases aged ≥50 years in Guangdong province reported through network direct report system.Methods The data（as of 31 August 2009） were downloaded from online HIV/AIDS case reporting system and analyzed by SPSS.Results Of the reported HIV/AIDS cases,the proportion of the cases aged ≥50 years increased from 2.9% in 2005 to 10.4% in 2009.Heterosexual contact was the main transmission route among them.Conclusion Further study should be conducted on the factors for HIV infection among aged people.It is necessary to carry out health education about AIDS among aged people to increase their awareness of AIDS prevention and control. |
