在婚男男性接触者婚姻状况与性行为特征研究现状

男男性接触人群是艾滋病传播的高危人群,中国该人群中艾滋病感染率正快速上升。同时,中国此人群在婚比例较高,婚后其可能同时与异性和同性发生性行为,从而使得自己、妻子和性伙伴均处于感染HIV/STD的危险中,并可能产生不同人群间的交叉感染和疫情蔓延扩散。本文复习近年来针对该人群研究的国内外文献,对其人口学特征、婚姻基本状况、性行为特征、HIV感染情况等加以综述。

Review of study on marital status and sex behavior features of men who have sex with men

Men who have sex with men（MSM） is a high risk population for HIV/AIDS transmission.The HIV infection rate among MSM in China increased rapidly in recent years.The proportion of MSM who got married is relatively high in China.The married MSM would have either homosexual or heterosexual behavior after they got married,which would be risk for their wives,sexual partners and themselves to be infected with HIV/STD,and cause the cross infection among different populations and the spread of the epidemic.This paper will give a review of recent published research literatures on married MSM both in China and in other countries,and summaries the demographic feature,marital status,sexual behavior and HIV infection status of this population.
