| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甲状腺相关性免疫眼病的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:分析总结37例甲状腺相关性免疫眼病的诊治情况。结果:本组病例临床特点:典型的眼部特征为上睑退缩、迟落;眼球突出和上睑退缩为主要就诊原因。影像学查示眼外肌受累。结论:甲状腺相关性免疫眼眶病的诊断主要依据典型的眼睑征和影像学示眼外肌肌腹肥大;治疗以对症为主。本病尚无特效疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of thyroid-related immune orbitopathy (TRIO) .Methods:Diagnosis and treatment of 37 cases with TRIO were analyzed.Results:Typical ocular signs were eyelid retracted and exophthalmos. Radiology showed extraocular muscle involvement. Conclusions: The main basis for diagnosis is the typical signs of eyelids and the enlargement of extraocular muscles in radiology. The relieving the symptoms is a major way to treat the disease. There is not any special treatment method for the disease now. |
