板蓝根浸膏中腺苷含量测定分析

摘    要:目的建立板蓝根浸膏中水溶性成分腺苷的含量测定方法,以控制产品的质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(8∶92),色谱柱为Hypersil ODS-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),体积流量为1.0ml/min,检测波长为260nm,外标法计算。结果腺苷在12.65~404.4μg范围里呈较好的线性关系;腺苷的回收率为98.61%。结论方法操作简单,结果可靠,重复性好,为板蓝根浸膏质量控制提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for content determination of adenosine in extract of radix isatidis and to control the qualities of products.Methods An HPLC method was developed,mobile phase:methanol-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(8:92),Hypersil ODS-C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm),volume flow 1.0 ml/min,wavelength at 260 nm,calculation by external standard method.Results Linearity was found in the range of 12.65~404.4 μg,the average recovery was 98.61%.Conclusion The result show that this method ...
