黄体酮胶囊治疗早期先兆流产63例

目的观察黄体酮胶囊治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效及安全性分析。方法选择2010年6月至2012年6月收治的黄体功能不全所致的早期先兆流产孕妇126例,随机分成两组,各63例。对照组给予肌肉注射2 000 U绒毛膜促性腺激素,每日1次;治疗组给予口服黄体酮胶囊,2粒/次,每日2次,均7 d为1个疗程,均使用2个疗程。观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血清孕酮值、临床症状缓解时间及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组保胎成功率为76.19%,治疗组保胎成功率为93.65%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状缓解时间显著早于对照组,治疗后血清孕酮值显著高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在用药过程中,对照组发生轻度头痛3例,轻度恶心5例,治疗组出现轻度头痛2例,轻度恶心2例,均不影响继续治疗。两组孕妇用药前后检查肝肾功能、血尿常规、血压均未发生异常。结论黄体酮胶囊治疗早期先兆流产安全有效,可有效提高血清孕酮值,改善临床症状,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。

The Analysis Application of Progesterone Capsules in the Treatment of Early Threatened Abortion

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety analysis of progesterone capsule for treatment of threatened abor- tion. Methods A hurdred and twenty-six cases early threatened abortion pregnant women from June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital were randondy divided into two groups, each grouphad 63 cases, the control group given intramuscular 2 000 U ehorionic gonadotropin once daily, 7 d for a course of treatment, the treatment group given oral progesterone capsule, 2 times/d, 7 d for a course of treatment, patients treatmented for the two courses, and clinical efficacy of the two groups. Serum progesterone values before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms time and adverse events were observed. Results The miscarriage rate of the treatment group was 76. 19%, success rate of the treatment group was 93.65%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）; clinical symptoms of the treatment group was signifi- cantly earlier than the control group, serum progesterone treatment ketone values significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference had statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; course of medication, the control group had three cases, mild headaches, five cases mild nausea, in the treatment group, 2 cases had mild headache, mild nausea, and shall not affect the continued treatment. The two groups of pregnant women before and after treatment to check liver and kidney function, urine routine, blood pressure did not occur exception. Conclusion The progesterone capsule treatment of early threatened abortion is safe and effective, which can effectively improve the value of serum progesterone, to improve the clinical symptoms, and had fewer adverse reactions, it is worth to promote the use of clinical.
