| 摘 要： | Yin-er,also called white auricularia,iscarpophore of Tremella fuciformis Berk ofBasidiomycetes,has long been valued in tra-ditional Chinese medicine as a remedy withnutritive and tonic action in treating debilityand exhaustion.Nowadays not only cultivat-ed carpophore of yin-er is used for therapeu-tic purposes,but also the solution of fer-mented culture of yin-er spores (containingspores of yin-er and its fermented solution).Preliminary clinical experiments show thatthe fermented solution of yin-er spores iseffective in chronic bronchitis and cor pul-monale,and may be used as a substitute foryin-er.To elucidate the mechanism of thetherapeutic effects of yin-er,we made a preli-
