| 摘 要： | 骨盆骨折是最常见的多发伤种类，常因大出血而导致死亡。骨盆骨折伤情评估时首先应根据致伤机制判断发生骨盆骨折的可能性，特别注意避免过度、重复的骨盆检查，选择性应用骨盆X线片、脐上腹腔穿刺、创伤腹部超声重点评估（ FAST）、CT和腹腔探查术。本文重点介绍了损害控制性复苏、床单或骨盆带加压包裹、外固定架、动脉造影栓塞和腹膜外骨盆填塞等骨盆骨折伴大出血救治中的关键外科技术。

| Abstract: | Pelvic fracture is the most common type of multiple injuries , often resulting in death due to bleeding.The evaluation for pelvic fracture should be determined by the possibility of pelvic fractures based on the injury mechanism .Special attention should be paid to avoid excessive and repetitive pelvic examinations .Pelvic X-ray,the umbilical abdominal paracentesis , FAST, CT and abdominal laparotomy surgery should be selectively ap-plied.This paper reviews such main surgical techniques as damage control resuscitation ,compression,external fixa-tion,angiography ,embolism and tamponade for pelvic fractures associated with massive bleeding . |
