| 摘 要： | 目的:研究腹内压升高对肝脏功能的影响。方法:将8只家猪随机分为两组,运用二氧化碳气腹法制作猪腹内高压动物模型,比较在20与30mmHg气腹压力下不同时点肝脏功能的变化。结果:两组动物在不同时点的天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(A)、总胆红素(TBiL)、直接胆红素(DBiL)、间接胆红素(IBiL)等比较无显著差异。结论:腹内高压对肝脏功能无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the influence of intra-abdominal hypertension(IAH)on hepatic function.Methods Eight pigs were randomly divided into two groups(n=4):IAH 20mmHg(IAP-20 group),IAH 30mmHg(IAP-30 group),pig model of intra-abdominal hypertension was established by injection of carbon dioxide into the peritoneal cavity.Then,the change of hepatic function of both groups was observed.Results The levels of glutamic-oxaloacetic transuminase,glutamic-pyruvic transuminase,lacatate dehydrogenase,total protein,albumin,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,indirect bilirubin no significant changes in at different time intervals between two groups.Conclusion Intra-abdominal hypertension has no significant effects on hepatic function. |
