免疫抑制剂对系统性红斑狼疮抗心磷脂抗体的影响

The influence of immunosuppressive therapy on titers of anticardiolipin antibodies in systemic lupus erythematosus

ObjectiveTo observe the prevalence and clinical association of anticardiolipin antibodies(ACA)and the influence of immunosuppressive therapy on titer s of ACA in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods ACA(IgG, IgA,IgM)was measu red by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)in the serum sample of 87 patient s of SLE.17 cases of SLE had been tested on admission and 3 months after treatment with immunosuppressive therapy .ResultsThe prevalenc e of ACAIgG,ACAIg A,ACAIgM was respectively 62.1%,52.9%,3 5.6% in SLE.The titers of ACAIgG and ACA IgM were significantly and positively co rrelated with disease activity;ACAIgG,AC AIgA and ACAIgM were significantly and negatively correlated with complement C_ 3,ACAIgG was significantly and negatively correlated with complement C4.With thrombosis,the titers of ACAIgA were higher than those without thrombosis.Among the patients with central nervous system involvement (CNS-SLE),ACAIgG and ACAIgM titers were significantly higher than those without CNS-SLE.There is a significant difference between the means of ACA titers of 17 SLE on admiss ion and three months after treatment.ConclusionsACA titers were positively correlated with disease activity.With thrombosis,the titers of ACAIgA were higher.With CNS -SLE,ACAIgG and ACAIgM titers were higher.Immunosuppressive therapy decreases t he ACA titers of SLE.
