肝动脉解剖变异及其在肝癌介入治疗中的意义

目的：在血管造影中研究肝动脉解剖变异并讨论其在肝癌介入治疗中的临床意义。方法：采用Seldinger经皮股动脉插管法，对105例肝癌患者行肝动脉造影，分析造影图像。结果：肝动脉典型分布者88例(83．8％)，肝动脉变异者17例(16．2％)。结论：肝动脉变异发生率较高，对肝癌的介入治疗有较大影响。造影时应仔细观察分析血管造影图像，明确肝脏各区域供血动脉来源，才能保证肝动脉插管的准确性及肝癌介入治疗中化疗和／或栓塞的彻底性。

Anatomic Variants of Hepatic Arteries and Its Clinical Significance on Interventional Therapy of Hepatic Carcinoma

Objective; To study the anatomic variants of hepatic arteries and its clinical significance on interventional therapy of hepatic carcinoma. Methods:The hepatic angiography in 105 cases with hepatic carcinoma was performed using the method of seldinger. The images in arterial phase were analyzed. Result:The anatomic variants of hepatic arteries were showed in 17 cases(16. 2% ) . Conclusion;The anatomic variant of hepatic arteries is common,and the correlation between it and interventional therapy of hepatic carcinoma is obvious. It is very important in the interventional therapy of hepatic carcinoma to differentiate the anatomic variants of hepatic arteries, which can en- sure the accuracy of intubations of hepatic cartery and the curative effect of TAE or TAI.
