| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对患者牙列缺损并余牙重度磨耗的设计及修复治疗,探讨(牙合)重建的有关问题.方法 选取牙列缺损并余牙重度磨耗患者31例,根据患者余牙情况采用(牙合)垫式可摘义齿修复,随访3-5年,观察修复治疗效果.结果 26例患者重建后,牙列形态、咬合面及面下1/3高度获得适当恢复,美观改善,咀嚼功能良好.5例患者咀嚼功能部分...

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of occlusal splint removable denture on TMD old patients.Methods 31 patients were included,occlusal splint removable denture was designed and made for these patients.Thepatients were then followed up for 3~5 years.
