| 摘 要： | 目的 观察西咪替丁对过敏性紫癜的治疗效果,为其在临床过敏性紫癜治疗的应用提供理论依据.方法 64例过敏性紫癜患者分为两组:西咪替丁治疗组23例,肾上腺皮质激素(泼尼松)治疗组23例,对比观察两组的疗效.结果 西咪替丁治疗效果明显高于泼尼松,有效率分别为100%和69.6%,P＜0.01.结论 西咪替丁过敏性紫癜疗效优越...
