| 摘 要： | 目的 观察泮托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾、阿莫西林治疗螺杆菌(HP)相关性萎缩性胃炎的疗效.方法 将经确诊为HP阳性的萎缩性胃炎患者60例,随机分为两组,每组分别30例.对照组患者用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林、甲硝唑治疗;治疗组用洋托拉唑联合枸橼酸铋钾、阿莫西林治疗,两组均连续治疗2周,比较两组的疗效.结果 治疗组的总有效率优于对照...
