| Abstract: | Objective To discuss curative effect and dosage of topiramate to treat Tourette syndrome.Methods 40 cases of such patient were divided into therapy group(21 cases) and control group(19 cases).On the bases of psychotherapy,the control group was treated with vesalium 4.0~12 mg/d bid.And therapy group was treated with topiramate of dosage from 0.5 mg/kg/d,to 1.0 mg/kg twice a day,and increased 0.5 mg/kg every one or two week to 3.0 mg/kg/d for 3 months.The curative effect and spasm condition were observed and ... |
