心理护理在脑卒中患者康复治疗中的应用

目的：探讨心理护理对康复治疗脑卒中患者的应用效果。方法：将86例脑卒中患者随机分为心理护理组和对照组,对照组仅接受康复疗法。心理护理组在康复疗法的基础上接受心理护理。测定患者进行治疗前后的抑郁自评量表（SAS）、焦虑自评量表评分（SAS）和Barthel指数。结果：两组患者治疗前SAS、SDS评分和Barthel指数均无统计学差异。心理护理组患者治疗后SAS、SDS评分明显低于治疗前和对照组（P〈0.01）,Barthel指数明显高于治疗前和对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：心理护理能明显改善脑卒中患者心理状态、提高康复治疗效果。

The Role of Mental Nursing on Rehabilitation of Patients with Cerebra l Apoplexy

Objective：To evaluate the effect of mental nursing on patients with cerebral apoplexy receiving rehabilitation therapy.Methods：86 patients with recent cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into mental nursing group and control group.All patients received rehabilitation therapy while patients in mental nursing group received systematic mental nursing.Self-rating depression scale（SDS）,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）and Barthel index were assessed in all patients before and after therapy.Results：There were no statistical significance in SDS,SAS and Barthel index before therapy between two groups.Both SDS and SAS assessed after therapy in mental nursing group were significant lower than those assessed before therapy as well as those in control group（P0.01）.Barthel index assessed after therapy in mental nursing group were significant higher than those assessed before therapy as well as those in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Systematic mental nursing can effectively improve mental state and enhance rehabilitation efficacy for patients with cerebral apoplexy.
