| 摘 要： | 目的 对比复方甘草酸苷与强的松治疗扁平苔藓的临床疗效、复发情况和不良反应.方法 选择51例临床诊断为扁平苔藓的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组25例口服复方甘草酸苷胶囊3次/d,每次2粒,罗红霉素150 mg,2次/d,氯雷他定片10 mg,1次/d,皮损部位外用皮质激素软膏,口腔部位外用锡类散,症状缓解后复方甘草...
