| 摘 要： | 目的：降低由ＴＩＰＳＳ术后分流道再狭窄或闭塞引起的门脉高压，提高ＴＩＰＳＳ的中远期疗效。方法：对１８例ＴＩＰＳＳ术后常规彩色多普勒发现并经血管造影证实有分流道狭窄或闭塞患者行介入治疗。结果：不同类型的分流道狭窄或闭塞介入治疗均获成功，降低了门脉压，临床症状得到控制。结论：ＴＩＰＳＳ术后分流道狭窄或闭塞的介入放射学处理是提高ＴＩＰＳＳ中远期疗效的切实有效方法。

Interventional Treatment of Restenosis-Occlusion After TIPSS |

| Abstract: | Objective:To reduce the portal hypertention resulted from restenosis-occlusion after TIPSS and to promote the middle and long-term effect of TIPPS.Methods:Interventional treatment was performed in 18 patients with restenosis-occlusion found by regular postoperative follow-up collor Dopplor and comfirmed by angiography.Results:All treatments for various types of restenosis-occlusion were successful,portal vein pressure was decreased and clinical symptom were controled.Conclusion:Interventional treatment in an effective method for promoting the middle and long-term effect of TIPSS. |
