| 摘 要： | 目的分析NP联合化疗方案治疗晚期细支气管肺泡癌(BAC)的疗效及毒副反应。方法26例晚期BAC患者接受NP方案联合化疗,21d重复1次,至少完成2周期后评价疗效。结果26例治疗后总有效率38.5%,无完全缓解病例,部分缓解病例38.5%,稳定病例34.6%,进展病例26.9%。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制。结论NP方案对BAC疗效较好,毒副反应可耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the chemical therapy effect and toxicity of navelbine plus cisplatin(NP) for patients with advanced bronchioloalveolar carcinoma(BAC). Methods 26 eligible patients with BAC were treated by NP regimen one time every 3 weeks at least two times, and the effect and toxicity of NP therapy were assessed. Results The total effective rate of 26 patients with NP was 38.5 percent, 34.6 percent with no change and 26.9 percent with progress. The main side reaction of NP was bone marrow depression. Conclusion NP regimen is an effective and safe method for BAC. |
