面罩持续正压通气在慢性呼吸衰竭治疗中的应用

本文观察了３６例慢性呼吸衰竭患者应用面罩持续正压通气的疗效。治疗后动脉血气ＰａＣＯ２、ＰａＯ２、ＳａＯ２％和ｐＨ改善均十分明显（Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗有效率为８６％（３／３６）。认为面罩持续正压通气对治疗慢性呼吸衰竭有一定疗效，可减少这类患者对气管插管和常规机械通气的需求。特别适用于神智清醒有机械通气的指征而又不愿作气管插管的患者。但对病情危重者仍应慎用。

The use of mask positive pressure ventilation for chronic respiratory Failure

We have observed the effect of Mask Positive Pressure Ventilation(MPPV)in 36 patients with ChronicRespiratory Failure. After treatment, PaO_2. PaCO_2. SaO_2%, and pH in arterial blood gases were greatlyimproved (P<0.05). 86%(31/36) of patients got successful results. We believe that MPPV is effective for patientswith Chronic Respiratory failure. It may reduce the application of endotracheal intubation and the mechanicalventilation. It is especially suitable for those patients who may have the index of mechanical ventilation but theyare conscious and refuse endotracheal intubation. However care must be taken for severely illed patients.
